IIRC Tulane still has more SEC championships than many current SEC programs.

Forgot how much of a juggernaut the Gators were in the 90s.

Yeah they dominated the SEC like no one other than Bama has done in the modern era. Granted, Tennessee was the only other consistently above average team in that time while LSU and UGA were down for the most part.

Auburn is certainly not helped by their 0-8 season in 2012. I believe since 2013 they are 3.5 games ahead of the Aggies.

LSU saved the SEC from the embarrassment of A&M playing in the SEC CG in their first season

Does this include wins that were vacated or forfeited?

Yall and Florida. La Tech helped. I think we beat UF if we have a practice game the week before with JFF.

Alabama is quite a few years away as long as UF can win 9+ a year. They will eventually pass us unless Saban leaves and their next hire bust of course.

Yeah I'd prefer if the Florida outcome was switched, but didn't yall control your destiny before playing us? In retrospect, it might have been better had we lost that game: Two straight years of Bama backing in after not even playing in the SEC CG might have been asking too much even for them

Perennial 7-5 team no matter how much they spend on a head coach. And nothing changes this year either. LOL

i just cant figure Auburn out. I always feel like yall have a good team, and then every now and then a GREAT team. But just not consistent at all.

While #5 out of 14 is nothing to talk shite about, it's better than the bloodbath that was predicted when we joined the conference.

Objective evidence that expansion has done nothing but help the SEC become the deepest conference in football. The middle class is huge now and once every 4 years any of them can put together a 10 win season. No other conference can sniff that.

Why does everyone always assume it will be a bust?
