One of their arguments is that Communism hasn't worked because there wasn't a complete worldwide implementation of it. During the Clinton years, and probably after that, there were military officers from Middle East countries training at Brooks AFB in Aerospace Medicine. Don't recall if they were pilots or flight surgeons. Brooks, and now Wright Patt, was the main training location for flight docs seeking board certification as a Resident in Aerospace Medicine (RAM).
