Pre-conference baseball is largely meaningless.
I think it's funny how worked up LSU fans get about baseball. I think it's funny when we lose and tRant goes crazy. I also think it's funny when LSU starts 21-1 against a shite schedule, and then ends up flaming out in the postseason (2012, 2014).

Junior right-hander Logan Shore will face Eagles' redshirt senior right-hander Brady Anderson in Friday's season opener, junior left-hander A.J. Puk will oppose FGCU junior right-hander Sterling Koerner in game two of the series on Saturday and Gator sophomore right-hander Alex Faedo will meet redshirt sophomore right-hander Mario Leon in Sunday's finale.

Is LSU really ranked 5th? That is way too high. We have no clue who will replace a boat load of offense from last year. Pitching should be good, but I just don't see the justification for top 5. Should be closer to 10 or 15 IMO. Guess we will find out soon enough.

yea. we're a top 20 team but that's about it imo.

I'm gonna predict this right now and hopefully we do well after 12-15 games. But by mid season MSU goes off on some people. You heard it here first and by all means bookmark this post. Cheers!
