lil cock, surely you are not that dense....they had to go public with the mistake so that other teams (or tenner) think about the rules when planning to do the same kick in the future.

What does putting it on the 34 do? Wouldn't it have to travel an extra yard?

I noticed the refs did much better when QBs threw the ball once they past the LOS. Didn't Manning do that twice? He has the game awareness of Jalen Milroe. Not a huge compliment there.

I'm surprised Herbstreit didn't point that out. He usually flags any UGA infraction before the referees do.

That means the players are closer to the 45 by the time the ball gets there, which is an advantage to the kicking team.

Issue wasn’t the type of kick. Just where the kicker dropped it. So this can potentially be seen again.

Exactly, which is why they needed to clarify. I think we see it a bunch in the future because it looks like a pain in the @ss to catch.
