I didn't think that I would hate a team worse than the aggies.

Are you saying Kiffen joking about brining pro players at half time (which I dont think he was nor should be punished for) is the same as Sark saying a 9 game schedule could have consequences for SEC teams?

I am saying that either one of them having to face any sort of consequences from the SEC is ridiculous. But, if the SEC is going to try to make a big deal out of one of them, then the the SEC needs to make a big deal out of both of them.

Both statements call Sankey's leadership into question.

And Heupel's violence encouragement is the worst by far. But since Sankey is (perhaps literally) in bed with the Tennessee Chancellor wench, crickets.

Oh...

Well, maybe Sankey isn't so bad then. We should probably hear him out.

The Chambliss thing was so ridiculous that it made everyone else feel like they could do the same thing. I may be wrong, but that's where I think all this started and I was okay with him trying to do it because the NCAA screwed up so bad. But, then the SEC started picking and choosing which legal decisions they wanted to follow and here we are.

Sankey was duped into giving away a prized possession, the 8 game conference schedule with no upgrade in tv revenue. Would have been better to keep the old schedule, schedule high profile cross conference games. Even 9 is far from a round robin. So the only difference between 8 and 9 is 8 more conf losses and the resulting lower SOS for all conference members. It is as if Sankey can’t do math and can’t negotiate…….

Sankey pities programs like Ole Miss and Vanderbilt with Chambliss and Pavia.

Chambliss made it obvious he wanted to come to LSU with Kiffin but knew that only a judge in Oxford would be able to allow his mommy to pray with him before every game for the 6th straight year

A 24 team playoff solves this problem. I don't like it either, but the transfer portal has brought NFL-style parity to college football which requires an NFL-style solution, which is a playoff with a significant number of entrants.

He’s got a point but it’s weird to hear it from Texas who was moaning about being excluded with 3 (!!) losses in the 12 team playoff last year.

you think it's weird that the coach who complained about being left out due to 3 losses is complaining about a schedule that makes it more likely to have 3+ losses?

It's as if Sark knows he'll have at least 3 losses by November 15th

He knows he waited too long to campaign last year

It really doesn't, if you want to win a natty. It's likely harder for the average SEC team to win a natty now than it was last year.

A 24 team playoff was coming regardless, but we added another game for no reason. Now we're more beat up, facing an even larger playoff field.

I like the 9 game schedule. It keeps every week meaningful and this is the closest version to the old school SEC we’ve seen since the mid 2000s (in terms of everybody beating everybody).

However Sankey screwed himself and everybody else by adding the 9th game with absolutely no benefit. That’s the part that’s stupid and should get him fired as he screwed every school out of additional revenue while the Big 10 is running circles around his business nuance.

He's an egotistical pussy with shite for brains.

Excited to see him get embarrassed on the stand again if he has the shriveled balls to show up.
