re: Not worthy of a Scoreboard Forum?

I’m watching purely to get a look at the new guys. There’s going to be some playing for roster spots next year, as well as others trying to show they deserve to be potential starters to the new staff. Great opportunity for guys who haven’t gotten to play a ton
Only lineman I’d give an effort to keep would be Adams, Moore, Curne, and Solomon Thomas/Miller.

The rest need to find new homes, respectfully.

Big Ory can stick around as well, I like what I saw out of him and would like to see what the new staff can do with him.

Minnesota’s offense is sloppy as hell.

I’ve read Curne will play even though he’s in portal. Not sure on others
Good luck to the young man. Not going to give him shite considering he was willing to play every position along the line and step up when asked.

Glorybound is my usual spot when I’m in town. Good, cheap food & good drink specials.

Murky Waters BBQ is pretty good as well.
He was coming off Injury at beginning of the year and JMU brought him along slowly IIRC. He’s a good player, he’d honestly fit Vandy’s offense pretty well.
He’s a Baw like the rest of us. If anything, seeing shite like this makes me like the guy more
I mean, Whittingham has done pretty damn well in the NIL era considering they were either #12-13 in the final polls this year.
Durham & Lacy are similar in run styles.

I’d take one of them & Berry, I do think if Lacy comes Durham is the odd man out. Berry’s Skillset fits really well as the “lightning” to a Power Back.

re: Coen Echols in portal per Preston

Echols will be a great player once he learns to chop his feet.

It was frustrating seeing him win the block and get leverage intially, but because of bad coaching/technique he couldn’t get to the second level. His balance is the #1 thing holding him back.
It provides the best impact in that young guys will get to play. Allows for Kiffin & the new staff to evaluate what is potentially coming back
Sheppard is probably more realistic for next offseason. Reason being, I don’t see him taking a step back from being the bell-cow at Duke to playing third fiddle for a year.
IMO, one of Berry or Durham stays. If the rumors of Lacy comin’ are true, then it’s just about filling out depth in the room. Lacy/Berry combo in the backfield would be the best in the SEC
The Lane Train & Kevin Smith about to bring some pain next year. It’s been too long since we’ve had a competent run game (not including JDs years, he made miracles happen)
KW about to go back to golfing, hunting, fishing, being a dad, and probably coach ball at Ruston. And good for him, Baw has earned the good life.
100% yes on Sheppard. I’d love to see us give him a call home.
Somebody said this is prepping Chris for when Baker inevitably gets a HC job and I’m 100% down for it. Chris already has a good resume

McDaniel should've been fired weeks ago.

I’ll be honest, he’s probably done one of the more impressive coaching jobs this year considering Tua is incompetent
I’d love to have Moore & Adams back. I think they’re both good players who can be great with new coaching/Lane’s Scheme. Especially Adams, his ceiling is very high.
