You have 3 more commits and an 8 point lead. Blowhard.

The difference in talent between Ehlingher and Ewers is like comparing Haynes King and Bryce Young.

Ewers has serious character issues which, as a neutered Longhorn, you will deny.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and say he has character issues, would you still not take him with that talent? What he did against Duncanville (top 2 team in the country) was fricking unreal.

This is Arch Manning. And this kid is so competitive that he isn't even throwing at camps, elite 11, etc ...

Arch

This is the reality of any recruiting class at Texas. Overrated, overhyped, and pushed as the greatest most years by the media. They have one or two good players - I like Derek Williams and Cook. The rest ... not remotely impressive

Here is the National Rankings before Cook, which was a good pickup

1
38
74
181
191
231
232
277
294
329
520
520
586
647
769
840

Now I expect the media to massage those numbers as they always do, but seriously that isn't remotely close to anything more than middle of the SEC. I know that Bama and UGA would be simply pissed with that much "mediocre" in their recruiting class. So for that matter would LSU, Auburn, A&M, and probably others ...

Star average is all that matters. Texas has more recruits and more overall points.

Texas' star average is 91.53 with 17 commits. Which means you're diluting your overall class. 91.53 is good enough for about middle of the pack in the SEC.

For example, Alabama’s class was 95.27 last year with 26 signees. An astronomical number. A&M was 95. UGA was 93.
Which means almost every signee was quality with no "fillers"
There's a difference in a high 4 star and a low 4 star. A huge difference.

91 is on par with Mizzou last year. So congrats?

If Arch was so good why did Nick bring in Holstein? Why did Kirby leave a Newman game early after watching Arch throw a few picks?

Perhaps you should rewatch this:

Arkansas Stump Breaking Texas

and realize that Arkansas is going to do this to you regularly...then you can play Bama, GA, aTm...and just when was the last time ya'll beat OU?
