Better not go 0-2 or half those recruits will be going elsewhere.

Will Arch Manning become another Chris Simms at Texas?

You remember, Simms was Mr. All World when he came to Texas and became very bitter towards Texas and Longhorns fans when Major Applewhite became the favored one over him.

Simms' own words....“There’s some weirdness between me and Texas,” Simms acknowledged. “They mistreated me in some ways.”

Does Texas have what it takes to make the right personnel decisions in properly developing all those whom they recruit?

Tis the question....

I hope y'all do get good at football again. Texas being good makes CFB more fun. It's much preferable to aTm deluding themselves into thinking they're good, just bc they've been doing better than y'all have

Just how many of those players are T10, T100, etc ... metrics matter. Overrated Arch is the only T10 player, and only two others are T100. That is a pretty average class by SEC standards. Look at how UGA, Bama, and A&M recruited last year for comparison

It's a great class for the B12, though. Congrats!

Texas is a +15pt dog against Bama.

All bark and no bite is likely for Texas this year.

Can't believe the pompous burnt urge ones are taking credit for a great recruiting class with about 8 or 9 more to go till signing day. Also, Texas hs football ain't what it used to be. All quantity, no quality.
