Hahahahahaha. You’re Methodist? Hahahahahahahahah. Don’t you clowns affirm gay marriage? I can’t take you seriously. The Methodist church is dying and won’t exist in 2050.

The Big Ten adding schools like Washington and Oregon is a desperation move. The SEC adds no monetary value by making moves like that. At this point the only additions that would move the needle are Ohio State, Michigan, or Penn State.

No it’s not, it’s a smart business move. it’s thinking outside the box and the reason why the big ten tv deal pays more per school. The prime time slots(12-8 est) are saturated the big is maximizing the 9-12 by only offering marquee matchups for that time and are competing against no one.

This whole narrative that the SEC is falling behind the Big 10 is WAY overblown.

It’s a more a knee jerk reaction than overblown. The sec was in a league of its not even five years ago. Whether the big ten is better than the sec is debatable Whats not debatable is the rest of college football has caught up. The sec is in a title appearance drought, not a title winning drought but a no show one. The sec has a losing record to the acc the past three years. None of that has happened in the prior 40 years but the last three years have definitely warranted some alarm bells.

It’s because everyone can pay now so talent is spread around because players want playing time more than they wan pt to wear a certain jersey.

So the question now is do you take 100K from UGA and sit for 2 years behind guys making 300K or take 100K from South Carolina or GT and play immediately. Four years ago Bama and UGA hoarded all the southern talent because they had the best coaching staffs and paid the most even to backups. That’s not the case anymore.

SEC vs ACC overall record and then record when you remove the meaningless bowl games, but keeping playoff games.

2023: 5-7 (4-6)
2024: 11-3 (9-3)
2025: 6-8 (6-6)
Overall: 22-18 (19-15)

Do you even read the stuff you respond to? We broke away from the one you are talking about. But, apparently your church approved of child molestation if you dig deep enough.
But, being narcissistic dumbass like you are, you won't take the time. I can see a narcissistic church attract your dumbass.

24 team playoff would be extremely boring.

12 team playoff is already boring.

Nobody is getting screwed. Texas and Vanderbilt would have gotten whipped by the final four teams last year. FSU would have gotten absolutely skull fricked the year they were "screwed."

Expanding the playoffs is stupid

The big ten pays more per school because they negotiated their tv deal more recent than the SEC, and they are on three different networks. Not only that, Washington and Oregon were forced to take less than other big ten schools to join. The SEC would never do that, nor does it need to. The SEC needs a better tv deal that is more recent than pre Covid 2019.

Where are you getting info from? All I could find was Sec media deal kicked off in 24, big ten media deal kicked off in 23. Last fiscal year Big distributed 1.37 billion to 18 schools(unevenly). But even with an even split 1.37 billion\18 > 1.03 billion\16 by close to ten mil a school

3 years ago SEC fan said “we own everyone every bowl season and we are far superior”.

Today - same SEC fan “bowl games are meaningless so disregard our losses”.

No one can understand the mind of a blindly homer fan.

That's not all. There was plenty of reasons but just the above was enough for our Church.

BS alarm just went off. B1G tv contract is far superior to what SEC has.

What did SEC schools get for adding two teams and going to 9 conference games? Not one penny from ESPN.

Exactly, which is why the SEC will not bring in anymore middle tier teams like Clemson. The only teams highly rated enough are already in the Big 10 or SEC.
