The trees are decorative. They are tall and outside of the stadium. Not in the end zone.

Arkansas is about 2 years ahead of you, the staduim is lit up red every night. It's pretty cool, you can see it from a couple miles away

Nope. Matter of fact, every stadium light was upgraded to LED, and yes, so was the ribbon board. We had them on last weekend as the game was overcast, and the difference from before was pretty crazy. It’s gonna be badass.

Meh...Arkansas has been doing this for quite a few years. At least two years prior to the last expansion.

So are the ones at Kenan and BB&T stadiums.

I reckon that red led light salesman had a hell of a quarter between UGA and Bama. Bet he nailed his quota, and them some.

His final pitch, “..and you will be the only stadium in the country with this set up...”

Seeing those damn trees in the end zone from field level.

Not great with the whole concept of topography, huh?

Is there a real reason for these other than to "go all 1 color"?

Very cool. You should also wear all black uniforms and make it a really big deal before the game.

If they ever televise one of your games again, we'll all get to see it and enjoy it.

This would be a funny burn if every game wasn’t televised

I can only imagine purple lights around Tiger Stadium during a night game

As I've pointed out before, these aren't LED lights.

Alabama, however, has LED stadium lights that actually change color. It's the first of its kind.

Sanford Stadium LED Lights Article

Georgia hopes to have a lot of other surprises for the Notre Dame game. Since last season, the Bulldogs installed a new multi-million dollar LED lighting system that allows them to change the color of the lights.

Are you saying you can’t see them from field level at Sanford? Tell me more about your concept of topography please. Because you’ll be proving my point when you fail to correctly tell me about said concept.

I’ve never seen someone “I am very smart” over trees

What exactly is your point? I have never once in my life heard any reasonable person complain that they can see trees near the stadium.

Looks great, and I'm expecting a 30 point blowout to follow.

I’ve pointed it out already.

It reminds me of those shitty raycom 12:30 ACC games.

You see duke/Carolina/wake in the back drop. The trees are indeed pretty. But I don’t care about pretty on Saturday

It’s probably that I’m just triggered that the acc game of the week always played into the sec 3:30 game and I’m just a malcontent.......could be that. And I can get into that later.

But you see other imposing stadiums of the sec that choke out all that’s pretty; then you know that LSU , Florida or Alabama are set to play for 4 hours.

Be sure to take this just as a suggestion to cut those damn trees.....Not as a slight to a big 6 program.

That’s cool! I’ll be interested to check yours out during your next televised night game.
