This is among the worst analogies in the history of a website full of atrocious ones.

Agree - I had to actually google that person's name to find out who it was. And it still didn't make sense...

The way the poster was able to accurately list that guy's full name is somewhat troubling. Then again, it's a Bama fan...there is always some concern there.

That's a great highlight video. A while back there were several videos from Alabama's first NC team with Saban leaked on the internet. The one for Florida in the SEC championship game was epic. They were basically the same thing that one was--a way to get the team motivated and their mind right.

I often wonder who Saban uses to do those films because they are phenomenal. Rousel said that one was the best he had ever seen but I doubt he saw the ones that were made that year for Bama or any of the newer ones from a lot of different teams. The only reason I say they are better is because of the quality of the film and the editing and just the general aesthetic that is created. They seem to get better every year in terms of being able to combine text, a highlight, a message, and the music in such a way as to really manipulate the viewers brain into a state of frenzy. I know a lot of teams use them and I wish we fans got to see them more often. Fan made ones are great and fun to watch, but the ones made for the football team will have you wanting to rip through a concrete wall.

I would put good money on your students booing him when he's mentioned at the very least.

I would take that bet. What upset the fans most about Saban was him speaking at the podium the day before saying he loves LSU, loves the players, and loves the city and he was not leaving. Then the next day he hauled butt lol

No.

Did BSL commit his crimes because LSU lost a game? What a retarded comment. Bama posters have been money in this thread.

This
I just cant wait for the day Saban decides to retire. At that point the playing field will finally be even. Much respect for him.
2003 was a great team! Will never forget.

Did you actually expect him to go?

It is my understanding based on local radio reports that if there was any way he could have made it he would have. He has reached out to several of the players that will be on hand to express his regret that he couldn't make it. Just thought that was interesting. People rightly ding him for being a world class a-hole, but he gets things like this.

I didn't go to my 10 year reunion. I didn't get invited either. Not sure why, but I have a feeling that maybe the word got leaked that I am a raging alcoholic.

Not sure if you seriously believe this. Did Lavergne commit his crimes by killing someone in the name of LSU football?

Not only that, the guy was/is a ULL fan. I'm going to the Angola prison rodeo Sunday. I'll see if I can track him down and let him know that he's the subject of row tahd mouth breathing on the internet.
