death valley at night vs bama = legit one of the best crowds (its that feeling of desperation against a superior bama)
kyle field vs most sec teams = legit one of the best crowds (they have that overall desperation that death valley once had when i going there in the late 70's, 80' and 90's before we won some 'ships)
all that to say, bryant denny isn't known for being extremely raucous, i've been 3 times, but mad kudos to bama fans for having the success they have, and still showing up in numbers and enthusiasm. death valley is usually dead unless is bama, or a good auburn or florida or uga.

Those games are lit. When it’s a Top 5 or 10 team coming in. And you get the old crowd off their feet for the majority of the game. That’s good football.

Never been there at night but the '13 game at 2:30 was as raucous as any place I've ever been.

We have a lot of older fans who seem hard to impress
But for the most part, when we play the SEC, most stand the whole time and cheer loud. I haven't seen anyone act ugly to opposing fans (except the random video clip of a wild Alabama woman jumping on a mouthy fan)

Where the game is played doesn't really matter as much as the "game" atm home or away always looks different than normal when playing bama. Always more focused more amped they just look sharper than they normally do, even last year as sloppy as they were, they were focused during the bama game. Atm goes all in against bama every year and this year will be no exception(especially considering Texas did it this year at bama)

If we win. I'm not very confident.

You’re falling for the rat poison. Saban specialty

Coach speak. Listen to more press conferences. Every team is “tough and physical”. Every stadium is “hostile”. They all say it. Nothing to see here

Kyle Field is literally the easiest road trip in the SEC. Need proof- Gus Malzahn won there.

bamabaseball is right. Ags usually play above their heads against Bama, while other SEC teams seem to wilt. I think they'll get our best tomorrow- hope it's enough!

Saban always boast up his opponents …. App state didn’t have a hard time playing there . No excuses Saban .

Saban enjoys the gay chants A&M produces.

Too bad your team can't seem to get it done there with it being so easy and all. Didn't the tigahs just lose to A&M at Kyle Field by three scores.

Well - to be honest - my first thought was similar. He is preparing us for a loss. This is why our team psyche has been out of whack the last 3 years.
Yeah dude, he is preparing us for a loss by saying that Kyle Field is a tough place to play. Brilliant.

Fair take. I freaking hate it that A&M always seems to get a night game at DV.
FWIW, the A&M/Texas game at Kyle next year MUST be a night game as it will be the most insane environment ever devised for a football game. Imagine the Iron Bowl after taking a 13 year break. I don't know that there has ever been a situation like it.

Isn't Auburn 4-2 at Kyle Field?
Ooops. My fault. I forgot you just like to celebrate the favorite aggy tradition of fabricating history. Whoooop!
