What an insufferable tool he has become.
White knighting for his Aflac commercial buddy.
He’s basically turning into a woman. Does he not have better things to do?

Pretty pathetic quite honestly. Any neutral person watching that speech could clearly see that there wasn't any issue with it. People love to create drama for no reason and Saban is only contributing to this fact.

Every once in a while, his liberal leanings pop up. He probably voted for Brandon.

No, man. You’re under reacting. Saban ripped him a new one. Lanning needs one of those orthopedic donut cushions just to sit on this week.

Someone of you make me laugh. He was asked a question and gave a response.
So, he prefers to keep his pre-game speeches in the locker room not in the press. What is wrong with that answer? Because he does it different
Did you have an uncle that looked like Saban that touched you when you were younger.

Every single week.
Saban could say that the sky is blue and LSU fans……

Then he should have said "I don't do that before a game" not "you"
It was a clear dig at Lanning in his phrasing

He opened it with "I understand what Dan Lanning was trying to say, and was probably good for his team to hear, in some ways, but it probably wasn't good for everyone else to hear." Is he worried someone got their feelings hurt? This coming from Mr. "Make their azz quit?" Sorry, but this is a weak take from Saban. If Deion had of given a similar speech, the fawning across the media never would have ended.

Meh, you're gonna criticize him because he's the Bama coach.
I think cameras need to stay out of the locker room...period. I don't have a problem with what lanning said. I have a problem with it being shared with the world and make no mistake, Lanning knew it was happening.
The real insufferable tool was Lanning who after the game basically apologized. If you're gonna say it, stand behind it.
Once upon a time in this country there was a thing called class. Now we have the Kiffins, Orgerons, Sanders, Lannings, etc who don't think class is a big deal.

He's not wrong. If Lanning wanted to do it right he doesn't let cameras in the locker room and just gives the same speech then goes out and mudholes the buffs...

I saw what Saban said. What did the Oregon coach say/do?

I dislike Saban and Alabama as much as the next guy, but he did no such thing. It was a long conversation about motivating his team through the press. He was specifically talking about how he would do it. Saban really did not take any shots at Lanning.

Pussification of America continues.

Remember, Alabama has NEVER paid a SINGLE player, but A&M BOUGHT THEIR ENTIRE ROSTER.
Saban is such an a-hole, and a pure user.

Everything that comes out of Saban's mouth is done with purpose. He is the master of constant positioning. Quite impressive.

I thought Lanning came off extremely pompous but then I saw the videos Deion's boys were making:
Calling Oregon small and they would kick their arse.
Saying there would be a duck killing
Video showing Colorado players stomping on the O
If those players want to stay recording then Lanning has every right to say they are playing for clicks.
