I would put .38 Special or Blackfoot (Train train, Highway song) in way before Marilyn Manson for rock group.

The Bottle Rockets and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats should be on the Missouri list.

Drive By Truckers needs to be added to the Georgia list.
