Foster, 24, was arrested by police on Feb. 11 after he allegedly attacked his girlfriend at their Los Gatos, California, home. The victim told police Foster dragged her by her hair, physically threw her out of the house and punched her in the head eight to 10 times. She was treated at a hospital for multiple injuries, including a ruptured eardrum, prosecutors said.

So which is it?

Isn't this the same dumbass that was sent home from the combine for yelling at a hospital worker?

Someone didn't read the article posted in this thread, yet felt the need to Google another one.

What a shocker.

So if she isn't charged for lying, we know he paid her right?

Hope it's true, I stood by him for the weed and the gun stuff, but the descriptions of beating her like that was too much.

I hope she gets the fullest extent of the law.

Just because he's given LSU fans severe depression and chronic anxiety doesn't mean that he is also mentally ill.

I can only assume that all of the posters here who foolishly rushed to judgement for a cheap excuse to bash Reuben and the Alabama football program will be joining the thread shortly to admit their mistakes.

If you can not tell that someone got to her, then you are stupid or delusional. If this was the first time Reuben has gotten in to trouble, then you might look at it closer. Two weeks after the event the "victim" changes her story raises red flags all over the NFL. I predict the 49ers release him soon, they pay the guaranteed money and get away from him as soon as possible.

If this is true she should face charges. Men faced with charges such as this face serious consequences, Duke Lacrosse comes to mind, and those bringing said charges must face consequences.

Under other circumstances such as this you'd be correct.

However, her own attorney claims there is video evidence of someone else inflicting her injuries, not Reuben.

If that's true then she needs to be charged. Plain and simple.

And you owe Foster an apology.

Did she claim the assult rifle was hers too? He's still the dumbest guy playing in the NFL which is a remarkable achievement

So you think the Jaguars are going to use their #1 running back on a kick off return?

And you think the 49ers will use one of their starting LBs (who wasn't entirely healthy last year) on a kick off coverage team?

Oh FFS. At least troll intelligently and find a gif from where they actually were playing offense vs. defense. It should be easy to find one if Foster was so dominant; unless he was so good at this play due to a long run up to get momentum. . . .

I completely agree with this. It is far too easy for someone to make up an accusation like this for spite, but in the climate today, every accusation is accepted as gospel. Even the false ones.

Whose gun ? In Cali that is a bigger sin than beating a woman.

What type of lawyer goes public and says his client is a liar ?
