Sounds like when Courtney Upshaw beat the shite out of his girlfriend and the girl's own dad told her not to press charges so Upshaw could play for da Tide. ROW TIDE

I admittedly don't know the facts of this case. But, Unless there are some as-of-yet unnamed witnesses to Foster's alleged behavior, or some kind of video, the State's entire case hinges on her testimony. If they don't have that, they don't have a case.

I've thought it's odd when these stories come out the girlfriend/accuser almost always has the "ruptured eardrum". Like it sounds the worst so they always go with it

I understand many of y’all detest all things Alabama, but have y’all never met a crazy bitch before? They are a dime a dozen. This is pretty standard crazy woman scorned behavior and isn’t shocking in the least. Same shite happened to me this year. Dumped a girl and she said she was going to call the cops and say I hit her. Luckily she did this over text and basically outed herself as fabricating the story, and she never followed through with it, but it’s still pretty standard behavior for a crazy woman this day and age. I’m not sure why this is so hard to believe that a woman lied out of spite and vengeance
Funny thing about this to me is, Foster got arrested in part for “dragging the woman out of his apartment” in California. I’m in Mississippi and spoke to a sheriffs deputy after my incident (sucker punched me and refused to leave my house) and his words to me were “you should’ve drug that crazy bitch out of your house and called us.” A felony in California is LEO advice in Mississippi.

I was married to a "crazy bitch" like this (1st marriage) she was half my size but constantly believed she could kick my arse. I responded by leaving the house until I didnt feel like responding with my hands.... until the time I slapped her back... after she called the cops on me and had be "taken away to cool off" I then saw the error of my ways and divorced the crazyarsedbitch. Told the cops what would you have done if I had called you and reported this little 5-2 110# woman was beating a 6'1 205# guy... "come on man,no one would ever believe that" there ya go, when shiite goes down, pull phone and video the crazy, go to the po po.. call an attorney and get away.. crazy dont get better..
