After reading this thread, I am shocked, SHOCKED, that the DA is still going forward with the case.
I mean, a beaten woman would never recant her story. NEVER. Why is the DA still pursuing this?????????? Bama fans help EXPLAIN?????

Well if there is video of her fighting another individual on the day of the incident, as her attorney claims, then yeah.
If not, then no.
I will say that if Reuben Foster punched me in the face 8 to 10 times I'd probably be a lot worse off than a ruptured ear drum. She must be made out of steel.
