Even Schiano knows that he is a shifty hire.

God I hope this isn't from your source that told us Gruden was done, in which case we're fricked.

Petrino would be a great hire and Currie has shown he doesn’t care if the coach is a POS.

If there's any truth to him being offered the position to begin with, I'd still be pissed as frick if I were a Vol. To have that vile excuse for a man to even be offered to begin with is enough on its on, but to have him be the one to back out instead of Tennessee shutting the process down themselves is just inexcusable.

absolutely nothing to worry about. Volfan30 has already said that Gruden is a done deal.

This should scare any coaching candidate.

If he actually backs out Clay Travis is going to take full credit and have the biggest ego.

This reminds me of when it was being reported that we were trying to hire Tommy Bowden and Arkansas fans were pissed. This would be a much worse hire considering the Sandusky connections.

UT will end up with Les Miles. This is becoming an unmitigated disaster.

Schiano is a pretty damn good coach, so what's the issue TN?
Think you deserve a 'bigger name?'
You would do well to take him.

You still have John Currie as your AD, the man who thought hiring Schiano in the first place was a good idea.

Wow, he was ok sitting silently by while children were molested but so thin skinned that he is afraid some hillbillies won’t like him.

I dont know, maybe because he witnessed a child being raped and said nothing. Maybe, just maybe, that is why Vol fans are pissed.

Is there proof of this? Wouldn't he have faced jail time if this was true?

I hate the Vols, but damn I don’t even hate them enough to wish Schiano on them.
