I don't have a problem with him staying a week ago. I thought he was getting rid of Gus's deadwood. I have a bigger problem with Gogue and Greene on how they handled this. They tied Harsin's hands and just delayed the inevitable.

Yea but if the affair didn't happen, what kind of precedent does firing him set? No coach worth a shite would wanna touch that job with a 10 foot poll. Yeah the only entity I could potentially see her have an in against is maybe 247 or Rivals or some other message board host for not deleting posts about it. But I seriously doubt that'd actually go anywhere.

Harsin needs to be at the game Saturday and the gym/Pearl/etc show lots of support on National tv. There is no good play book to deal with this self inflicted PR wound, but they better pull out all the stops to give him a chance.
Need to get Barkley in on it
Maybe even a Jimmy Rane dunking both at halftime
