What happened to all the Missouri posters? There've been 3 in this thread, but I haven't seen many in awhile. (I'm not knocking you guys, I'm really wondering if I missed a mass porn bombing)

He will get a monster second contract in the NFL. I think this is a huge steal.

Me personally ... I think I’ve posted more than a few times that I saw a big time NFL prospect in Lock every time I saw him play.

But .... but, there must be something else in play here. Either everyone in the league feels they are set at QB and not willing to pay 1st round QB money or ... or, there is something in Lock’s file that dropped him.

I still believe this kid is a big time NFL talent with the right organization and given time to mature in a good system. His release is top notch and he has the arm strength.

His decision making is a big question mark at times but considering where he comes from someone might be able to overcome his bad habits in that regard.

ETA: But yeah, all Mizzou fans pretty much guaranteed Lock was gonna be a 1st rounder. No denying that fact.

Denver got a steal IMO.

I agree 100% and thought the exact same thing. He will be very good in the Denver Organization.

Seattle got a steal in DK Metcalf.

Every time you post the word obtuse comes to mind.

Most Mizzou fans work for a living and can't troll the board all day like you slackers!

Yes, we thought Drew was a first rounder because every one said he was and he showed the talent.

SEC All time TD single season record.
SEC Second in total yards.

Landing in Denver with time to grow will pay off in spades. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

He’s certainly better than Daniel Jones and Haskins!
This is all such bull shite and why i do t watch the NFL.
They have too much hate for the SEC.

Really? Let 'em keep hating and writing those big checks to SEC players.

Players drafted by conference

1. 63 SEC
2. 40 Big 10
3. 33 Pac 12
4. 28 ACC
5. 27 Big 12
6. 11 AAC
7. 10 MWC
8. 9 MAC

That’s something that’s almost impossible to fix, decision making on the field is instincts. Either you got them or you don’t.

He never really played a complete game against UGA either. I still liked what I saw from his improvement as a senior though. His previous OC helped him show off his big arm but did nothing to prepare him for the pro game.

Derek Dooley was key to his development and I'm way more sold on Lock than I am on Eli Manning's handpicked successor.
