That would kill me. I’ve got a home gym with a squat rack but I’m beat after 5 sets of heavy squats. I’m getting old I guess but there’s no way I could do 12 sets, maybe 8 if I pushed it. Oh, and no bullshite half reps. I’m going arse to grass with 225....
