It's not about height only. It's height to weight ratio. Maurice Jones Drew was 5'6, but he was 225lbs. He played 9 years in the league Sorry arse Sean Shiver for Auburn is 5'6 but he is 170lbs and he sucks at this level.

i thought he was going to be the next Maurice Jones drew, boy was I wrong. He’s built like a Mack truck but runs like an Isuzu pub.

5’9” undrafted free agent from OM. Man I miss him. He hits well above his weight class.

Pretty sure Fred Talley just scored another TD against Auburn.

The "You're too small" thing is bullshnizzle. It's not the size of the dawg in the fight that counts, it's the size of the fight in the dawg. I've saw it time and time again. Don't count out the lil fellers.

Fred Talley is the toughest RB in Arkansas history.

Sam Olajubutu was 5-8 227. Made all first team SEC twice.

Based on what? MJD has 50 lbs on Shivers. I was melting when we signed him and melt ever time to touches the ball in the backfield.

He looked considerably better than the Chiefs other running back, ironically LSUs own Darrell Williams

So by this logic Damien Williams > CEH

I don’t disagree, but you could say this about quite a few guys
CMC
Cook
Kamara
Drake
Ekeler
Jacobs
Hunt
Barkley
D. Johnson
Mixon
Aaron Jones

Crazy that the Chiefs didn’t want to draft any of these guys, right? If they’re a dime a dozen, I wonder why they felt like spending a 1st round pick on Clyde?

The chiefs did draft Kareem Hunt 3 years wise guy, and he was the best back in the league as a rookie. Thank you for reiterating my point. Then he beat up a woman and got cut. Now he’s in Cleveland where he isn’t the best back in the league

If you think Edwards Helaire is a better fit than all or any of the guys I listed them I don’t know what to tell you. They’ve all excelled in worse offenses and so for more than a single game. He’s a good fit there, just like they would be.

Edwards-Helaire became the Chiefs' primary back when Damien Williams opted out of the season shortly before the start of training camp amid the coronavirus pandemic. Williams led the Chiefs in rushing last season with 498 yards, but Edwards-Helaire reached about one-quarter of that total in his first NFL game.

This came from espn.
If any rb would thrive ,then why didnt damien Williams thrive. Clyde easily is gonna have more rush yards then damien did last year. shite hes on pace to do it after a few games.

Did you watch him in big games last year . Runs great routes and didnt even use that part of his game last night. .
How could you have watched him against bama and clemson and Florida and though hes average

CEH is in the perfect situation but I knew that he would perform well on any team. I'm a fan of Clyde and KC.

coming out of high school they were around the same weight, you’re comparing nfl drew to a high school senior. They were very similar at the same ages.

CEH is a little better than average IMO. It's the offense. ANY NFL RB will thrive in that offense.

They were in a place as a franchise where they could afford to take a luxury pick in the first found this year because they didn't really have any pressing needs.

Damien Williams scored 2 TD in the Super Bowl last year (6 TD in all playoff games). It's not an insult to CEH to say a lot of RBs would thrive in that offense. Mahomes and the passing game are so good that defenses can't focus on stopping the run against them.

The only coach on the whole staff that wanted to extend an off was the head coach, EdO. The man knows talent.
