Let's say both jobs come open (which may very well happen), my money is probably on Auburn. They are a lot of things, but they don't dick around when it comes to scumbag ways and hiring guys that can beat Alabama.
Tennessee may be Freeze's "dream job" and they probably even have deeper pockets than Auburn, but I don't think they fight dirty. Just look at the Schiano disiater. They don't seem to have wartime Consigliaries... And I think Auburn does. Just a guy feeling.

If I’m Freeze I’m buying a whore then going to Auburn. No coach at Tenner will succeed as long as Fat Phil’s shadow is holding them down

He'd bolt to either. The first one to offer probably lands him. The problem is I doubt either school can afford to fire their current head coach.

Both schools are shiteholes he will pass on both

He’s been lobbying for the UT job. If our power players will get off their collective asses he’d be here in a heartbeat. But they are more interested in fighting each other.
ETA Current rumors are that we are losing most of the good staff! Including Jay Graham and Tee Martin. If those two VFLs bail it may force our idiots to finally pony up.

Nope. Does not fit there and would be a huge mistake. See Rich Rod.

neither team is firing their coach. AU might if they lose their next game

I'll use the same logic for this one that I used when Texas was trying to hire Saban away from us. Tennessee could pay more than Auburn. Auburn will pay more than Tennessee.

Neither
He will stay at Liberty for a while longer. There will be plenty of vacancies in the coming years for him jump to if he so chooses to do so.

What is his buyout at Liberty?

I don’t see him coaching in SEC

VOLS will wait too long and screw up any chance we have of hiring freeze. Will end up with a cheap retread or a rookie HC again in 2-3 years. Rinse and repeat

Freezus will be taking his talents to the acc would be my guess.

I mean, Gus is the only active coach that can beat Saban, so that isn't a metric. AU has never been a place to let major personal issues of a coach linger. TB liked admins, and we cut him. Tubs was asked to bounce when his wife went off the deep end. What Freeze did blows them out of the water.

I think the issue would be with their existing coach's buyouts, first.
Pruitt - $12 Million
Mazlahn -$21 Million
It is hard to find anything out there about Freeze's buyout with his new contract extension.

Malzahns drops in a few weeks, so buyout is a push
