I don't even think I'd have a water vessel big enough I like your swagger though.

Also roast. We did fried one year and it was great but not worth all the hassle.

I am having a Gulf Coast Thanksgiving. Fresh bay shrimp. Would love to have fresh oysters but they shut Apalach Bay down to oystering, so going to mix in some snapper and grouper......grilled and fried.

But you people enjoy your turkey and ham.

Roast turkey
Baked ham
2 types of dressing (never stuffing)
Mac & Cheese
Deviled eggs
Giblet gravey
cranberry sauce
green beans
homemade yeast rolls w/butter
Chocolate pie
Lemon meringue pie
Chocolate cake
Southern sweet tea

Been working on this since yesterday. Won't have to cook for a few days.

25 pound bird. Fits in the oven pan and the oven pan fits in the oven.

I don't think my home insurance agent would want me to fry this thing.

Being Muslim, we didn't have turkey, but we had a very nice ham.

I do a smoke-fry. Smoke the turkey for awhile then finish it off in a peanut oil bath. LINK
