Leadership starts from the top. You think Saban would have had a "voluntary" practice? Wimp Sanderson or CM Newton wouldn't have. I've been telling people for a couple years this guy is good, not an elite coach. Sanderson would have blown a fgn gasket. U saw the effort this year. Not enough expectations are being laid down

That ain't good. Maybe Oats shares some of the blame for a poor culture. He needs to make his teams practice free throws in their spare time.

That is not a good reflection on Oats as coach on two counts:
1. Only 1 player showing up.

In fairness...that was when the NCAA had some balls. They show caused him for a level II violation that he lied about...it makes the current realities of college sports look like kindergarten.
