Are you getting paid every time you say the name Mike Glazier?

Christ. Take his balls out of your mouth so you can say it a few more times.

You think this is going before an actual court of law and I'm the dumb one?

Pruitt doesn't want this to go to Court either unless he has no desire to ever coach again. His (lawyer's) argument that it was his staff, not him, cheating doesn't support an argument that his termination for cause wasn't justified. Everyone files lawsuits when they have buyouts and are fired for cause. Those buyouts are then negotiated way down because not a single coach or University wants to go through the discovery process or litigation when things start going on the record. He'll ultimately get paid a fraction of what his buyout dictates, with his attorney walking away with 30% of that, and he'll happily walk away unless he's even dumber than he appears.

And do you really think a University doesn't have the resources to hire an attorney as capable as one of their employees?

No, you don't know how it works.

You can bring up past indiscretions to show it is a pattern and a precedent set by Mr. Pruitt.
. You are telling me that UT’s lawyers are going to make accusations in court against other SEC schools? Or do you believe that UT’s investigation internally gave them all the goods going back years? Good one.

ETA: I was late to the discussion today and didn’t realize you were a lame alter. I just assumed you were a moron.

Name that school.

Her is a hint: They later murdered the booster.

Who said anything about boosters? I was referring to the FBI investigation into basketball teams, shoe companies, pay for play, etc. You know, the one that made national news for months on end? The one where the only guys that ended up in trouble were scapegoats, bag men, and so on? The one where only one team out of the dozens included got penalized, and probation at that? The one where all of the HC’s except Pitino kept their jobs and are still coaching?

But sure, UT is going to bring down the entire SEC and negate a decade of NC’s for multiple schools. If that works out, it would be their first meaningful contribution to CFB in 20 years, at least.

Nevin Shapiro got in a lot more trouble than Logan Young ever did. Shapiro isn' getting out of prison until 2027 (on parole). Young was given a 6 month suspended sentence.

Not to mention all the people involved with the most recent college basketball scandal receiving prison sentence

Don’t throw Willy in the mud like that. He’s much more convincing than this guy. At least he brings facts and graphics, as distorted as they are.

You would hope a practicing attorney would be better than this guy. I’m guessing it’s his 14 year old son.

This will be settled in 3 years behind closed doors and they’ll reach a settlement. Pruitt will likely receive a show cause from the NCAA and nobody will remember this cool statement from his lawyers

No. He will get all of it. UT has two options. Pay him to keep him quit. Go to court and have to turn their books over. Gonna be cheaper to just pay him.

Especially if the part about UT having no proof of Pruitt’s direct knowledge or participation In important violations. They praised Fulmer as they sent him off today, setting a real double standard. They basically accuse Pruitt of LOIC while they give his boss a golden parachute send off.

It will never go to court. They will reach some sort of settlement that neither side will divulge the details of.

Pruitt won't get his full buyout because they probably do have the dirt on him. But UT will pay him something to keep it out of court because I'm sure Pruitt has some dirt on the university.
