I like Alabama's chances for a couple of the top 15 in Tennessee for 2019. Particularly Bill Norton from Memphis.

Hands off

Best recruiter on staff is TRob, not McClendon. And the best part of the offense has been the running game- especially against UTK, where Carolina has outperformed on the ground.

For being the "only part of the offense," the team has one more passing TD than rushing TD on the year. As banged up as it is, the ground game is still averaging over 125 yards per game.

The receivers have been good, no doubt, but the tailbacks have been rock-solid, especially considering the injuries at the position.

Given how well Alabama recruits, I would stay the frick away from Memphis forever.

There is nothing elite about Charles Kelly.

This is why we need a Georgia recruiter like McClendon. He's a beast in Georgia.

He's not a beast period, as a recruiter or a coach.

Oh, and as a Georgia fan, you ought to show a little more respect for McClendon, seeing as how you wouldn't even be sniffing the playoff without him

Yeah, that will be your little secret. Funny how we didn't win anything while he was there. I could recruit great RBs at UGA.

Alabama has returned to recruiting Memphis here lately. Got a great DE in the 2018 class.

Pruitt should be more worried about Fat Brutus stabbing him in the back. I look forward to the behind-the-scenes drama Fulmer creates within the program..

RBs coach at UGA is a seriously advantaged recruiting job.

That is the understatement of the year.

I think Dell Mcgee is the #1 recruiter in the country. Prior to him, McClendon while at UGA
If you go back to 2005, Kirby Smart was our RBs coach.

I'll be SHOCKED if Tennessee doesn't have a top 3 recruiting class in 2019.

2 sides of the recruiting coin. It's not terribly difficult to get a 4 or 5 star eventually (Ole Miss got creative and found a way ). The trick is coaching them up. UT has not shown any ability to do that over the last 8 years.

Two words: Cade Mays. This happens during transitional years. Lets see what happens next year. I got a feeling Pruitt locks down the state in 2019.

The problem is those 4 stars:
5 wr
4 CB
2 others listed as ATH

So you will lose atleast half those, you aren’t signing that many DBs/wr in one year.

This will always be an issue with states like GA --- with Tenn it is not every year though.

GA killed it in recruiting this year, but it is simply amazing all the talent the state produces. You can recruit third best in GA and still have an amazing class.

Are you happy with Pruitt hire?

I would have loved to see the pirate shake shite up, but Pruitt looks to be an aggressive coach, who at the least, will give Tenn a mean side again.

I like him a lot more than anyone else we were looking at, outside of Gundy (which was never gonna happen).

Leach would have been fun, but I don't think he would have won at a high level here.

Seeing as how you're a VFL, I figured you would have remembered the 200 yards of rushing that a third-stringer and a fourth-stringer hung at Neyland Shithole on the Vols, Bitch.

I hope Pruitt turns into a great HC for Tenn.

Would love to see y'all start beating on Bama.
