Brian Kelly is one of the best coaches in this conference.
Many folks also have an irrational dislike of him and they don't really know why.

I agree with you that Saban did leave LSU in a better place than he left Bama, but I think it relates to the overall landscape of current college football.
I'm sure LSU lost some players when Saban left, but it could not have approached the fallout of leaving in early 2024.

Columbia, MO feels more “southern” than College Station or Austin, TX.
It is perfectly acceptable to put a can of diced tomatoes in gumbo, like the okra they will cook down and mainly act as a thickener.
Chili absolutely has beans. The best chili has at least two kinds.
Tabasco sauce is not the end all, be all hot sauce. Except on raw oysters.
Pulled pork was what God intended barbecue to be. You do put sauce on it and you do put pickles on a pulled pork sandwich. The sauce should be bullseye original or sweet baby rays. Not some vinegar or mustard abomination some of you try to pass off as barbecue sauce.
Watching football on TV > watching football live.

I agree with everything you said, for what I believe to be the first time ever, but this one comes with caveats.
If it's an important game, the best seat is at your house but, way back when we were good, I liked watching the "weaker" SEC games in person. Mainly for the pageantry and getting back on campus.
