Unless things have changed in Bryan / CS the past few years, that much green foliage does not exist.

At least this one has some windows but still looks like 1950's Soviet architecture.

This project will be completed in the next month or so. They are putting the sod down now, and all the trees have been planted ...

Just some extra money to spruce up the place
