I understand that…but my question is where was Miller when the argument went down…was he involved…shite man, if this was a UK player, the local news would be all over this.

Would not shock me if the national media will be sniffing on this. This report is going to be a distraction for Bama.

Based on the report, probably because he wasn’t involved in the argument, didn’t escalate, it wasn’t his gun, and he didn’t fire the weapon
He drove the car away from the scene after two occupants opened fire on another vehicle. And you have no idea whether he was involved in the argument or whether he escalated it. None of the reporting has given any details about what led to the shooting except that there was a verbal altercation earlier that evening.

So how exactly has Brandon Miller's name not come out until now and why hasn't he been charged with anything? It was his car used in the "driveby" and he was driving. AT minimum, he's culpable for being an accessory after the fact. Only guess I can make is they're not doing anything to him because he's cooperating and making the DA's case for them against Miles and Davis.
It wasn't a drive by for one thing.
“While they were attempting to leave, one gentleman walked up to the car and started shooting.”

Ummmmm, seems to be a cover up occurring in T Town. Where was Miller when this went down?
Of no consequence, there isn't a tie to miller, the gun or shot's fired.
Too many things to allege here at best.
You definitely don't want to go locking up a high profile player because they're with 2 people who they already know did the crime. Actor and accomplice..

From what I've gathered from reading various people who generally know what's going on
- Miles and Davis got in Miller's car to make the gun exchange while Miller and others were inside a bar (car was parked, Miller wasn't in it, not sure if they knew it was unlocked or used his keys to get in)
- Davis walked up to the Jeep and shot
- Miller (and a couple of others) saw the whole thing and were eyewitnesses and spent all day Sunday at the station going over details of what happened with police and it matched to the multiple video evidences they had from Strip cameras
But who knows. Not a great situation.

That's why I put driveby in quotes. While technically not a driveby, it was carried out much the same...sprayed a vehicle with bullets and high-tailed it out of there.
Davis didn't get to the hospital on foot after being shot by the victims boyfriend. Do you think they sat in the back of Miller's car, exchanged a pistol, ran up to shoot the victim, and then Miller just left the scene? Certainly doesn't appear he notified authorities after it happened but rather cooperated when contacted.
The fact that Miller's name hadn't even been mentioned until now is strange. There is no way around that.

Brandon Miller any good? I honestly haven’t kept up with basketball because LSU sucks arse and I can’t name a single player on Bama’s team.

He’s Alabama’s best player which is why this thread has accusations thrown everywhere.
