Not sure, Stanley took one and passed 5/6 tests, but the last one was highly subjective so charges were dropped.

On a completely unrelated note, do you think someone accused of rape should have to take a DNA test?

There was no DNA as no rape (or sex of any kind) ever took place, so no, I don't.

Did you know in Tennessee it's illegal to share your Netflix password? Or for students to hold hands at school?

Giving or receiving oral sex is illegal in Tennessee as well. I assume you've never gotten a blowjob based on this.

Back in the day I would have a lot more than that spilled on my console.

But that was when you could get a fat bag for $25.00 so spillage was no big deal.

When I have that amount of weed, I consider myself to be out of weed.

I'm not trying to get in a pissing contest. What I'm saying is that ppl can't be upset for getting in trouble for breaking the law when they knowingly do so. Some laws are pretty ridiculous, I understand that, but it is what it is. Thus my comment about taking the steps to change said laws or go to where it is ok.

I haven't gotten in trouble for anything. All I've said is that it's dumb as shite people get arrested for it and you came swooping in with "THE LAW IS THE LAW"

I'm allowed to talk about whatever I want. Thanks.

Any cop worth his salt would not have seen that amount of green leafy substance.

Rumors that multiple were administered and he's passed them all... haven't seen it officially reported yet.

I smoked enough weed in my younger days to kill a bull elephant. I remember my stoner days very well.

At no time would a morsel of weed like that ever be lying around undiscovered in a car, a room, or anywhere else. Stoners aren't that careless. They can account for the location of every seed that was in that dime bag.

If it’s illegal it’s illegal. Quit bitching.
