It should be and probably will be after the next rules meeting this off-season. And it's not technically "bending the rules" because there isn't a rule yet. More like finding a loophole, which is smart and the Bear used to be good at doing that too.
But while it's still legal and Bama is taking advantage of it, it's only fair that the teams playing them take advantage of it as well
