I imagine the other games on the league schedule will be firmly balanced out.

This first set of years, I’ll be stunned if Florida and Georgia aren’t on there. We haven’t gotten Texas yet. We’re due Ole Miss, LSU, South Carolina, Auburn.

Oxford was hella fun.

Better than the rumor of Florida.

Not that there is anything wrong with Florida. It just doesn't make sense geographically.

Miss State makes more sense for LSU than Texas A&M does, but I guess Bama needed an easy one.

Correct and giving us Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Miss State would've been wild

No more Bama-LSU.

Hate this new world of college football. Killing traditions that built the sport right and left.

Bama-LSU was never a big deal until Saban.

Saban-LSU? Huge deal. But Saban is gone.

Auburn, Tennessee and Mississippi State are the three correct for Alabama.

If you want to argue that super conferences are bad I will agree. But they are here to stay unless they start losing money.

It looks to me like everybody probably got two they really wanted and one that did not make a lot of sense.

I figured we'd lose florida game to the conferences need to cram a&m down our throats, but I didn't expect to lose florida AND bama... frick realignment. make college football regional again!

Bama and LSU was as good as gone once Bama lost to FSU this year. They wanted all the smoke in the offseason then def ran and hid after that game

A&M, OU, and Arky. Works for me. This was the bonus in joining this conference.

Agreed, LSU vs A&M is a forced "Rivalry" and neither fan base cares about it much. Especially since OU and Texas are now in the SEC. For LSU need to replace A&M and Bama.

Ha! Yeah. Riiiiiiiiiight...

Auburn’s record vs. Vandy is close because we played them when they were good like 100 years ago. We haven’t played them much in the last 50 years, which makes their choice as our third annual opponent so fricking stupid.

It’s pretty lopsided

Since integration, LSU has a better win% vs Alabama than Tennessee does.

thread about bama/lsu compared to bama/msu

lsu fan: " Just because UGA sucked arse back then doesn't mean everybody did."

you seem like a guy that really knows how to keep focused.

Ours actually makes a lot of sense, so I do not believe this take works for us.

UGA/SC no brainer
UF/SC - Gainesville is the 4th closest SEC school to us (only Auburn and Knoxville would be closer)
KY/SC is always a good series and Lexington is 340 miles away

So, they did really well for us on the geographic standpoint and the games have history anyway, in one form or another.

UGA fan: [irrelevant bullshite]

But then this thread isn't really about LSU/Bama/State.
