No they aren’t. They are playing a way inferior team. Boise State DL and OL are 50 lbs smaller, light DB’s, no speed. It’s not even a competition. It’s like ND vs Bama 2012. When Penn State doesn’t have 10 seconds in the pocket it’s a different game.
