I don’t know anyone that went to an SEC school, or that is a fan of an SEC school, that has ever watched this game.

We don’t care.

Georgia/Florida might be the last decent rivalry in the sec. Winner does usually go to Atlanta, but it’s only to lose to Bama.

Sorry, but the Georgia-Florida game is much bigger, meaner, and the setting on the river and next to the ocean is oh, soooooooo much prettier than ugly Dull-arse, Texas.

P.S.-- OU/Moo Moo's party on Friday night, eh? Georgia-Florida parties ALL...WEEK....LONG.

OU/Moo Moo's are pussies.

I’d rather watch Auburn vs Bama all day every day than your game.

Yes, SEC'rs, you will now understand what a unique rivalry OU Texas is

Meh, typical average rivalry game in the SEC, seriously.

LSU fans mostly watched to see Herman fail, although I think he actually did well in that series.

It used to be a rivalry game. Now it's a measuring stick that decides if UT's newest coach gets to keep his job or not.

Texas is 3-7 over the last decade. They've gone through a few coaches already.

But, it is fun to beat them and put their coach on the hot seat and then take bets on how long he lasts. So theres that.

Until both teams are forced to play in the hostile environments (e.g., their rival’s stadium) that make rivalry games intense, the 50/50 ticket set-up nonsense lessens what makes rivalry games so nasty.

Uh no. Arlington is a shite hole. The areas around Arlington are nice. But they’re getting few and far between. Our state is falling apart before our eyes and you know it. I spent 25 years in Texas.

Truth. It's why no one cared when little bro kicked rocks after being being manhandled by the rest of the Big 12 since it's inception.
I may hate Oklahoma...but I respect the crud out of em. Aggy just...meh. I guess after owning a team for so many years in literally every sport, you just don't care. What's the word? Apathy.
This game IS college football. Football. The fair. The Midway. A glimpse of Heaven.

These delusional fricks are so deep in their own little bubble of bullshite they really don't think anyone else plays big games.

I'll help y'all out. The OU/UT game isn't that big of a deal. It only feels that way to y'all because it's the only real match-up the Big 12 has had between two decent sized fanbases in close to a decade.

It's not that the OU/UT game is that good. It's that the rest of the games on your schedule are that bad.

SEC has games of similar magnitude damn near ever week of the season. Y'all are in for a hell of a shock.

Then why does your fight song say “and goodbye to A&M?” Confused.

To reiterate, we don’t want you in the SEC.

Michigan/Ohio State is the biggest game. Two blue bloods going at one another. Same thing with Texas/OU. ND/USC

No one outside of the south cared about the Iron Bowl for most of its history. Nick Saban made that game relevant again.

The SEC just never had a second blue blood program to really build a high profile rivalry with Alabama.

So, how Oklahoma feels towards Texas?

A&M vs tu is a way bigger game because it divides families, is at the end of the season, and takes place at each other’s home fields 90 miles away from each other which on a Texans scale is practically nextdoor.

Y’all are also furious we had the audacity to protect our own interests and tell you to go frick yourselves when everyone else in the state was sucking your dick.

Texas is too soft of a program and administration to ever do what A&M did by leaving in 2012, before it was cool and trendy and mega-corporation Disney took over the sport.
