You THINK this is rock bottom. Wait till you see what Bama and @ LSU are going to do to your fan spirit.

Then you realize next year you have the exact same schedule…except harder since you are going to be going @ Bama, @ Tenn and @ SC.

The SEC is a grind and when you get down the vultures come in the form of a massive upper middle class who’d all be top 3 in the B12.

Jesus, OP, pull yourself together. We're a decent offense away from being 9-1 at worst. Every OU fan knew this season would be tough (regardless of the morons here trying to claim otherwise), and no one thought our offense would be this bad.

I've been very unimpressed with every team we've played, to be quite honest. We just literally cannot score, so it's not hard to beat us. We have to get back to the standard--remains to be seen if Venables will do it. If not, we'll find someone who will.

The mongoloids saying "welcome to the SEC" might want to look at our score against fvcking Houston.

NU really holds that streak?

Their last bowl was 2016. They are the current P4 bowless streak holder for sure. Not sure for all of FBS but who really cares.

totally agree this is as low as its ever been at OU . Qb is horrible..... we must go after a elite transfer. OC is a definate at this point. Brent is in bad shape I dont think hes getting fired but it wouildnt shock me if he did.

Arnold plays scared and he isnt a real qb at this point. We dont have a answer offensively i dont see how this became so bad in one year. Its definately bad coaching. We had 6 fumbles and lost 4........ defense is the only positive and late in the game they couldnt even stay on their two feet.

This sounds so lame considering the other Big XII team is about to win the conference.

What’s that make Mizzou?

OU actually collapsed for you to win. So, welcome to the cellar.

When I think Drink can’t be any more of a dork, he parrots at a postgame presser like he won some defining game and mocking Bob stoops…a coach that bludgeoned Mizzou for years and a level of coach Drink will never be remotely comparable to.

What a clown program. Truly.

mizzou has a disappointing season because of our offense, and we are 7-2. ou has a disappointing season because of their offense, and they will need a massive upset to get a bowl game. we are not the same

Yeah, we are. A decent offense and we beat Tennessee, SCar, Ole Miss, and we destroy Mizzou (it’s frankly embarrassing for Mizzou that they almost lost to this OU team). I’m not convinced we wouldn’t have beaten Texas too, but it’s not obvious, so we can count it as a loss.

If this were an actually good OU team and we were losing like this, I’d be worried. But the fact that the worst OU team in my lifetime (which is incapable of scoring against any P4 team, SEC or not) is actually competing against the majority of its schedule is pretty reassuring that a normal OU team will be more than fine.

What the shite is this dumbass take? Please enlighten us on how OU collapsed. It took fake punts and hail mary QB throwbacks for OU to even be in the game. The game looked like a top 25 team who didn't take a terrible OU team very seriously and then obliterated you in crunch time with a THIRD STRING qb, backup center and missing the best RB.

You’re right…those wins against Buffalo, AT Umass (lol!), Murray state, Boston college, Auburn (yawn), Vandy (meh), and a rebuilding OU is really impressive.

Never mind the absolute blowouts you received at the hands of Alabama (34-0!) and Aggie (41-10!).

You’re right, we aren’t the same. You are impressed by that resume. Nobody would be impressed by that at OU, some would question competency of the coaching staff and direction of the program.

Not saying we aren’t full steam ahead at 5-5 questioning everything, but at least we admit it and know we are in trouble. Whereas you refuse to see how mid your program is. Sad!
