394 yards passing is the most LSU has had since November of 2001. UCF is basically a high school defense. Congrats.
Meanwhile, LSU was missing 2 of their top 5 defensive linemen, 2 of their top 4 linebackers, their 3 top corners (top 4 after the ejection) and had their best safety ejected. With all of that, the UCF offense couldn't muster more than 250 yards or more than 25 points.
Sad.

Just for clarity, this is incorrect. Rohan Davey had 444 yards passing in the Sugar Bowl that same season, although I guess technically bowl game stats didn't count in official record books in 2001. However, and this is actually sad honestly, but Joe Burrow's game was the t-5th highest ever in LSU history.

As bad as UCF's O line is, I could have played and gotten a sack. Could you imagine that bunch trying to block Q Williams? Alabama would have scored 100 if Saban wanted to, and as mouthy as they have been he might have if they'd played.
