Try to get some therapy bands to do some shoulder exercises with. It will strengthen everything around the injury and you’ll recover faster if some bad is really wrong(speaking of two shoulder surgeries.) I would also see at what positions it hurts and does not hurt on different exercises. Buy you a TENS machine from Amazon and do that therapy as well one time a day for 20-30 minutes.

I think the OP is simply trying to be compassionate towards the innocent kids. It’s not hard to feel for those children. What’s wrong with that? This is why society sucks. You can still believe in borders and security while also caring about a Child.

People moaning and complaining about an app that people can doom scroll for hours and not having any social interaction can get over it. Recipes are all over the internet and not just on tik tok. I’m glad it’s banned, maybe society can start to interact with humans again.
