On the eve of one of the greatest CFB Saturdays in recent memory, what’s everyone cooking?

We’ve got great matchups from the first timeslot through the night cap, what’s everyone got going for the house on game day?
I’ve abused smoked wings this year so they are taking a break, but I still wanna make a decent spread
I’m trying my hand at homemade Philly cheesesteaks for the main course, doing some pig shots and smoked pork belly bites for appetizers. I’m debating whether to smoke some queso as well, I’ll prolly end up doing that as well tho
The trick is always not getting too full on finger foods leading up to the Miami/ND UGA/Ole Miss games and still having room to pack in beer

I think I’m going to pick up some wings and cook some fingerling potatoes to with them. And maybe some boiled peanuts.

Cut some pre cooked sausage into 1 inch thick pieces then wrap them in bacon, it forms a pocket on top, fill that pocket with a mix of cream cheese doused in bbq seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped jalepenos, then top with a pickled jalepeno. You can generally get about 15-20 pig shots off a sausage link varied by thickness
Smoke them for about an hour then at the end drizzle them with a little maple syrup
Fantastic

Nothing planned. Help me plan my menu. If You're a UGA fan and you have to plan a menu that is similar to Ole Miss as a team and fan base, what would you make? For me it comes down to 4 choices.
Swanson's frozen dinners, Hot Pockets, Vienna Sausages, or Potted meat.

Homemade pasta with meat sauce and red wine.
Got a brisket on the smoker and wings marinating for the guests tomorrow.
Gotta have plenty of food for a full day of football with drinks starting early.
