The only facility at Ole Miss that I am extremely jealous of is their basketball stadium. It has a fricking canes in it

That's what was intended, but it looks like they scrapped the project because of the few seats in between the decks. So, instead of just extending the decks to make one or two big ones, they decided that putting up tents over bleachers was an acceptable solution. lmao

This is fricking embarrassing. When it comes to football, our entire athletics department is a shitshow. We cannot do anything correctly as to football.
We have a moron as a head coach. Our fan support is poopoo. We have cheap aluminum bleachers for the north end zone (the closest section to the Grove, by the way). All four sections of our stadium are completely different. Seriously, no one side (south, west, east, north) looks the same. We can barely keep anyone in the stands, except for opposing fans, of course. Our two biggest rivals whipped our arse last year. Last year, we had the worst defense in SEC history. This year, we have the worst offense in the conference.
Did I mention our moron of a head coach? His dumbass kicked a field goal from the LSU SEVEN YARD LINE while down 25 points with two seconds left in the first half. WHAT THE frick? Just go for it. What were we gonna do, come back from 22 points down in the second half? I guess he forgot our two second round draft pick, physical specimen wide receivers. What the fricking frick?

I've been in a lot of the other SEC stadiums and it never really clicked how much shittier the Vaught is than everywhere else until the stadium comparison thread recently. Laughable.

Why melt now? This is par for the course. This is the same athletic department that hangs SECw title banners. The same athletic department that instead of having an Col Reb exit strategy gave us 16 years of embarrassment with bruiser reb, rowdy reb, the bear, and now a shark named after a drug addict. The same athletic department that killed students in the south end zone with insane lines to moving them to the north end zone to fry. The same ad that took months to make a no brainer alcohol solution but runs off Corky’s and other food vendors with our stupidity and meddling. The real surprise would’ve been them actually building it and it looking just like the models.
