It was the state flag until 2020.

Georgia adopted the confederate “Stars and Bars” for their state flag in 2003 and it flies today on campus. You tell me.

and it took Mississippi almost 50 more years to remove the confederate battle flag from their state flag and took Ole Miss 40 more years to stop playing Dixie at football games.

i was at that game, there was supposed to be this huge KKK rally - only a handful showed up, I think they said it was a mix of guys from N Alabama and S. Georgia. They were getting heckled by the crowd, it was actually pretty funny.
