@GaryParrishCBS: Ole Miss and Andy Kennedy are expected to soon announce they will part ways at the end of this season, a source told @CBSSports. AK will leave Oxford as the winningest coach in Ole Miss history.

He's basically won 20 games every season but this one. And after one flop he's gone? That's really weird. Must be more to this. I wonder who Ole Miss is going after.

Feels like a things have gotten stale situation. Ole Miss should have been better this year.

However, Kennedy is a very solid coach and has done a helluva job there. He basically single handedly got that arena built and has consistently won at a solid clip. He'll find a new job quickly

I would give a lot of money towards getting AK on staff in Starkville. That dude can put points on the scoreboard.

His contract wasn't extended last year. It was headed this way unless he had a good year.

This has a Stansbury feel to it honestly. I don’t think we can hire anyone better.

Just isn’t a very high ceiling at Ole Miss.

Kind of thought he would get one more year. Will be interesting to see who Ole Miss hires. Florida getting Michael White had to be a bit of a kick in the nuts.

At least OM will head into this with goodwill among the fanbase and an arena to be proud of.

MSU fired Stans right on the back of having a LOT of disgruntled basketball fans regarding tickets and seating arrangements at the Hump. MSU hoops was hit with a perfect shitestorm from several different directions.

If Ak is tired of coaching, he needs to be on TV. He would be 100x more entertaining than anybody calling basketball right now. His press conferences are amazing.

AK's teams are generally very well-coached and absolutely relentless on the boards, going after loose balls, and dogging it in games to the very end. With the right conference, team, and players, he could be an even more dangerous coach.
