See, that’s what happens when Alabama basketball cheats

Isn't this exactly what Golding and Ole Miss just got busted for doing with the Clemson player?

Man.

It sounds like the ncaa takes tampering seriously when they have clear upfront evidence and allegations.

I wouldn’t want to be in the middle of a tampering controversy right now….

Pete Golding has volunteered a self-imposed, 3-game suspension in fear of having to coach against Lane Kiffin.

Smartest thing he’s done since Lane gave him the job

Hammering a women's tennis program at mid-tier Big12 school while every major football and basketball program in the country is running completely amok is very "on brand" for the NCAA.

Absolutely agree. I would hate it if my coach was on camera openly tampering with a star RB.

Kiffin was still Coach of Ole Miss by contract. His player

Exactly what I was thinking.

"Hey! Look at us doing our job!"

The call was 2 weeks after he was formally announced as the HC at LSU. He was not the OM coach when the contact occured.

So basically worst case scenario is we ride with Golding for the year then if he sucks we can fire him for cause? And we have time to hire a coach and hit the portal with them?

Sounds like a win to me if that’s what it comes down to. But this is women’s tennis and not college football. LSU fans are sooooo desperate for the NCAA to do something

Regardless, this is between y'all and Dabo

LSU didn't turn y'all in.

If y'all want to go that route, I am sure that Kiffin has a trove of dead bodies to uncover from Ole Miss

In am guessing it will be best to take what you get and move on

I remember when Ole Miss fans swore they had Jon Sumrall locked up if/when Kiffin left, just to watch him take the Florida job that Kiffin recommended him for and end up with Pete fricking Golding

He was. Then Kiffin drug it out another week and that gave Florida time to come in and take him from us at the last second.

The plan had been if Kiffin was leaving he wanted to come to us over Auburn. But when Kiffin and Carter decided to wait until after the Egg Bowl to announce his decision, Florida was able to come in and get him away from both of us.

If you’re going to fire a coach with cause, then you have to act when you find out about the violation.

You can’t fire them a year later for cause because he sucks and you want to get out of the contract.

I tampered with another schools' rec pickleball player to transfer to my school so we can dominate rec pickleball
