So is OM going to pay the buyout for the kid they stole from Clemson after he was already attending classes?

So kids can’t leave the OM program or they owe OM buyout money, but they can tamper with a kid who is in classes and that’s okay? I’m a little confused by their logic.
Diamondhead is the answer you’re looking for

Local car dealer refuses a sale handed to them on a silver platter

The last 4 cars that I’ve bought (3 for my daughters and one for my mom) were all bought out of the state of LA.

I tried negotiating with local dealers and they refuse to budge. Out of state dealers (MS, AL) all were happy to negotiate.

The last one I bought, the salesman in Slidell told me that if I don’t buy it for their price, someone else will. I said, you’re probably right and walked out.
Since there’s nothing the NCAA can do about the Texas Tech/Ole Miss situation this year, can they let it play out in the courts after the year is over. Then, when it’s found that they played ineligible players, hammer them with the death penalty.
I obviously know nothing of the process of evicting someone, but why can’t the landlord wait for the squatter to leave one day, go in and change the locks?

The squatter has to leave to get something to eat.

I paid $11k in federal taxes. Didn’t help me a damn bit.

What did he do specifically? I have a herniated disc in my lower back as well and have heard than spinal decompression is good for it.
It was 10 years ago so I don’t recall exactly what he did, but he took the pressure off the disc by stretching me out. Never cracked anything. Probably spinal decompression, but I don’t recall what he called it. Then he gave me 7 or 8 yoga poses to do daily at home. I still do them if my back ever tightens up.
I had a herniated disc in my lower back about 10 years ago. I couldn’t stand for more than 30 seconds without have to get down on my knees or sit down. I had to sleep in a chair. The pan was unbearable and I was ready to get cut on because of the intense pain.

Last ditch effort because I’d do anything to avoid surgery was going to a chiropractor. He told me that the disc is capable of healing itself, you just have to get the pressure off of it. He said, give me 6 weeks and I’ll get you feeling better.

After 2 months of treatment, 3 times a week, I never felt the pain again. I didn’t get another MRI to see if the disc was still herniated, but I know my pain level was zero when 8 weeks before it was 10.

Chiropractor’s are like every profession, there are good ones and bad ones. You just have to find a good one and they can make a difference.

The state just pulled 100 billion in economic development this year. Crime is going down and he single handily turned LSU around from wokeness

All 100% factual. I can’t imagine why anyone would downvote the post. Landry has increase state police presence in the Quarter which has led to decreased crime.

And LSU was turning into Southern Univ with the democrat governor and woke president. I’ve had 2 daughters at LSU the past 6 years and it was getting quite ridiculous. Hopefully they completely change the admissions requirements that the previous president put in place.

He secured my vote with just the LSU hires. Landry is the #1 reason Kiffin and Wade are at LSU.

Alabama has been very generous in allowing someone on their payroll to consult LSU on their football and basketball hires.

I knew they secretly loved us.

I have a breaking news flash that's gonna get a few of yall's panties all in a twist: If Wade stays here more than 5 years, men's basketball will be 2nd in the pecking order at LSU. Everyone down vote away, but just wait and see.

They are second in the pecking order now claiming 15% of the revenue sharing only behind football. What the frick are you taking about?

Hopefully he's a bit more discreet this time

He doesn’t have to be discreet. It’s legal now.

also don't know why he'd come back. Raleigh is an awesome place to live. NC State is more committed to men's basketball than LSU. He's being paid well.

I agree. Raleigh is a beautiful part of the country and basketball is king there, but NC State, Duke and N. Carolina are within 15 minutes of each other.

NC State is the third best basketball school in that small area and that will never change. Maybe he doesn’t like being 3rd best in a 15 mile radius.

If you’re worried about Pelican raising their rates, you can’t afford CCLA.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say this about OM.
Well he’s easily one of the biggest douchebags in all of sports and that’s saying a lot.

College sports is teetering and this asshat is playing former NBA players and suing the NCAA when they deny his player.

If college sports falls apart, you can look at this jackass as part of the reason.

Why is no one talking about this?

Because Tennessee hasn’t been relevant this century and no one believes they’re worth a shite. Just like the last 25 years..
