with plenty to spare.
Georgia lucked out.
Giftwrapped by questionable refs overturning calls.
May have been a little too hard on Ryan Day for "settling" for long fg when dude hit 48 yarder with plenty to spare just 2 minutes prior.
I'm not sure the hold was perfect, the holder was the one that collapsed after the miss.

Lucked out? We screwed ourselves of of a 20+ pt win margin. Ohio State was lucky to get the opportunity to kick a game winning field goal.

The earlier kick wasn't very pretty. He made it, but you know it gave him some worry on that last one.
In each case, the overturned ref calls were the correct call. Hell, they missed two extremely obvious holds on that last 30 yard run by Stroud. Ref was staring right at them.

It's interesting how UGA "lucked out" that OSU's kicker missed a kick... but OSU didn't "luck out" that UGA's kicker missed two.

Actually , it was 2 yards further and the first one did not have plenty of room to spare. He barely hit it. The second one was much harder , you have to keep it lower to go further and he knew that and with the pressure he snapped it.

This caught my attention as well. The holder was holding his head with both hands and the kicker looked to be consoling him. Tough break either way.

We still win. Dude hadn't done shite in a quarter or more before he got hurt. We were the better team and it showed in the end. Talent won out.
