Some local reporting suggests that Alabama won't have them for this season. I believe they're waiting for a sweeter deal and a "see, everyone has them, we have to adapt!" moment.

Yeah, we may not like it, but its coming. College football is the wild west. NFL has a super strong central body and is very organized. College, nobody knows what the hell is going on. And it is huge business and it is hyper competitive. If bama has 2 logos on their jersey and I can put 4 on my Auburn jersey and pull in even more income than they can and get more recruits and assets, then hell yeah, Auburn and every other team will do whatever they have to do to win.
So multi logo jerseys, yes, they for sure are coming. This has been very easy to see but folks are still trying to somehow cling to the past. I am not saying the past is bad, I want it as bad as anyone, but it is not happening. That box was opened and the demons got out and won't go back in.

In defense of your AD department the patch wasn't approved until 1/23/2026 and can't be applied until next month. How do you know your AD hasnt been in negotiations all summer?
