I'm not siding with her or Foster. They sound perfect for each other, tbh.
But, there is no way that officers on the scene and emergency room medical staff giving treatment did not recognize injuries that were pre-existing. Medical staff don't take the time to treat non-emergency issues like that.
Unless someone wants to convince us that she walked around for a day or 2 with a ruptured eardrum, just waiting on the right moment to use it against Foster.
