Prof, she testified that she had done this before in Baton Rouge and spent time in jail for false allegation. And she stated she stole $8000 and two rolexes when she returned to Baton Rouge. There is a record of it.
That doesn’t mean RF is innocent, but why would you believe her when she said something happened, but refuse to believe her when she said it did not happen? Especially if She had a history?
The man is innocent as of now and it is not proper to just declare him ready for jail on no substantial grounds. Trolling, anti Alabama, etc is fine. Participating in an internet lynching of an innocent INDIVIDUAL, even if it is just his reputation, is low. You are not low, so....
