He doesn't. Napier hasn't been fired yet. All articles about possible replacements are click bait guesses. But again, the IQ of the SEC rant poser is about 75 so this is what you get.

Chadwell is not with the SBC. He is with ConferenceUSA and makes around $4 million a year at Liberty.

If I am UF's AD, he is my first call.
Put Golessh with a top DC, and the rest of us have serious problems.
He's only coached about 20 games right?
He may get some attention if he beats Miami this weekend or plays them close.
I hope he's higher on the list later on the season.

Look, don't project just because you come from a state ranked where in education, about 50th?

Eventually an SEC school is gonna hire Chadwell and be rewarded for it. He is a great coach. I wanted Tennessee to hire Chadwell during our last search.

Matt Rhule or Jamey Chadwell are 2 best options i believe.

I'm not trolling with this, Florida.
Hire Gus as a bridge to your next hire. He runs a clean program. He recruits skill positions well. He will introduce much-needed stability. Give him a few years to build, and if it doesn't work out, move on.
As a bonus, whenever Arky is on your schedule, you'll put up 60.

Florida will hopefully not go for another G5 success story

If Sanders went to Florida I would cry
Literal tears of joy.

I don't think this will happen, unless the coaching search goes totally off the rails. They cn't afford to(not talking about money).Florida about has to hire a successful, sitting P5 HC. Now, who is that? That's the question.

Disney Gators aren't going to pony up the money for that after paying Napier's buyout.
Look for a hire similar to Elko.

Exactly. A sitting P5 coach as I stated.

If not P4, this should be the guy IMO.
However, after Napier's incompetence, it will be a tough sell since Chadwell has never coached on this level at all. Not even as an assistant.

Not trying to be biased but Florida fans Beamer 25/1 odds are a steal. I would hate to lose him but I totally understand if you guys take him from us

Chadwell has won every place he has been. Florida's top 2 coaches had a unique, powerful, offense that was different from what everyone else was running. Chadwell would give you the same edge with his offense

Chris Klieman would be a good hire for Gata, but I'm sure they're looking for more flash so it won't happen.
