Wow…these posts don’t bode well for the future of college football. Most everyone is saying the same thing. It is getting very difficult to go.
At some point, no matter how much money they have, people will start questioning the cost. When you start hitting $400-500 per person for a football game, and we are damn close, people will balk.
The sport isn't dying, it's killing itself. They are gonna have to get these player payments, coaches salaries, and Taj Mahal stadiums under control.
In most states the highest paid state employee, is the football coach.

I know some Vol Navy people who now watch the game on the boat. They save the ticket cost. The cost of taking a boat to Knoxville and back from Nickajack, Chickamauga, ot Watts Bar is insane. Some come from down in Alabama.
